The City of Lewiston has a fireworks ordinance that restricts the use of consumer fireworks to THREE DATES and also to within a specific discharge zone. Listed below are the dates and times fireworks are allowed to be used. The sale of fireworks in Lewiston is prohibited

Consumer Fireworks May be Utilized in Lewiston On:
- July 4th between the hours of 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- December 31st between the hours of 10 a.m. until 1 a.m. the following day
- January 1st from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
